In this episode, I will finish up the last two sections of Chapter 23: The War Against Yourself. These last two sections look at our preoccupation with bodies and our lack of awareness of our true selves. We are not bodies to God. He did not create our bodies. He created what we truly are and that is the essence, light, energy and spirit of those bodies. The body is only the vehicle we use to navigate our journey in this world. The sooner we embrace that then our true awakening of spirit will begin,
