On today’s show we open with two back-to-back economics related stories. The first shows the first quarter GDP for 2024 only grew 1.6%, far lower than expected. We combine with Biden saying he plans to let the Trump tax cuts expire (a tax on all Americans), he wants to increase the Capital Gains tax to 45% (highest its been since 1922) and he wants to install an Unrealized Gains tax to go after wealth you have not yet received. The Supreme Court of the United States is hearing the case over Presidential immunity. Of course president’s have to have immunity or our Republic would cease to function. But, to show you the stupidity of some, I bring you an exchange first between Justice Elena Kagan and attorney D. John Sauer who is arguing on behalf of Donald Trump. Then we bring you comments between Justice Alito and attorney Dreeben who is arguing Trump has no immunity. After listening to them both, I hope you walk away understanding all presidents, whether we love or hate them, have immunity while in office. It looks like (big shocker) that the protests on these college campuses in favor of the terrorists and out to castigate and destroy Jews are backed by several Far-Left organizations, including those who supported the October 7 massacre in Israel. How did we get here, not just in terms of what’s happening on college grounds, but also the stat of our nation? Stephen Miller, former Senior Advisor to President Trump weighs in on that and sums in up in 90 seconds. Maybe democrat voters are waking up to all of this lawfare, propaganda and nonsense. New York union leader Bobby Bartels said they may still call themselves Democrats, but in the last four years, the party has pushed them over to the other side. And, not only are you losing the unions in New York City, you are losing parts of the former “punk rock” movement. Today I am going to try writing a shorter synopsis of the show. I am a writer at heart so I like providing a robust essay to go with the show, but I may be driving away first-time listeners with so much text. So, for the next few weeks, I am going to write shorter show descriptions to see how it goes. On today’s show I open with a statement from Mike Rowe on Trade Schools and how they are not where all of the anti-Semitism is taking place. Learning how to work with you hands is noble and cannot be replaced with AI. The easiest way to break the human spirit is to tell a person they are worthless? What’s the difference between that and these college professors saying the same thing about our nation? A judge in New York has decided there is no 2nd Amendment in her courtroom. The Federalist has a piece on the policy about-face of Speaker Johnson, but I point out they missed what I already brought to you this past Monday. Judge Merchan is refusing to let Trump’s lawyers subpoena documents from Stormy Daniels. Plus, Bragg’s team tanked their own case by admitting the “other crime” listed in the indictment was actually about protecting Trump’s campaign status. Not surprisingly, we just discovered a cabal of Trump-hating media commentators have been meeting weekly over the past two years to discuss ways of bringing down the former president. Judge Aileen Cannon has released several unredacted documents in the Mar-a-Lago Confidential documents case and they reveal what my audience has already known for a long time now – Trump did nothing wrong and the White House has been coordinating this case from the very beginning. On today’s show, I first open with a shout-out for today being the birthday of William Shakespeare. Because of that, I spend a few minutes discussing how I came to love and admire his work and how it led to choosing (in part) the theme I use for my show – Limelight, by RUSH. Today’s show is almost entirely focused on the issues continuing to blow up on campuses around our country, specifically Columbia University in New York. The hate and anti-American, anti-Semite vitriol is as shocking to hear as is the pro-Hamas/pro-terrorism chants from these students and faculty. Once again, they represent the Creature and the professors and faculty represent Dr. Frankenstein. They can’t admit their ideology is horribly flawed, so when called to denounce the actions and chants of the students, they find themselves trying to equivocate. Even the president of Columbia, President Shafik had to be dragged kicking and screaming to the truth by Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY). But we should not conflate the ethnicity or country of origin of President Shafik with the woke ideology all Leftists espouse. Remember, Egypt wants nothing to do with Palestinians, including refugees. They do not trust fundamentalist Islamists who want to implement a pre-civilization form of butchery and barbarism. The fault is in allowing these campuses to be radicalized by Marxists who want to indoctrinate our college students into their radical philosophies. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) had the gall to say the protests on campus were peacefully led student protests. She is literally gas-lighting us in real-time, given we see these protests are anything but peaceful. The narrative and the propaganda must always come before truth. I also took time today to look at how the NYC “hush money” trial of Donald Trump is proceeding. You know it’s bad when left-of-center Jonathan Turley, Constitutional Law Professor at George Washington University sees Day One as a complete mockery of our legal system. He admits being astounded that Alvin Bragg had Michael Colangelo, former US Associate Attorney General under Joe Biden and Merrick Garland, who left that position to go work for Bragg, to be a part of opening arguments. If they wanted to avoid the appearance of White House collusion and direction, that isn’t how you would do it. But, maybe they don’t care because they feel a New York City jury will hate Trump enough to convict him, regardless. I wanted to add an addendum to my comments over Speaker Mike Johnson from yesterday. When it comes to the $60 billion allocated for Ukraine, let’s remember what Donald Trump said about that. Standing with Johnson at Mar-a-Lago, he told the press that he was thinking of it in terms of a loan, not a gift. And, it seems, that’s how the wording made it in the bill. Does this completely absolve Johnson? Not entirely, but it does add a new wrinkle, one worth pondering. Finally, as a reminder of how dump our Vice President is, she decided to comment on a Joe Biden tweet wanting to decriminalize marijuana. We allow Tulsi Gabbard to take Kamala Harris apart on this issue by reminding you of what happened on the 2019 Democrat Primary debate stage on CNN. Gabbard reminded the audience that Harris made a career of locking people up for marijuana, while joking about smoking it herself while campaigning. On today’s show, I open with a concept that I think we all succumb to and that’s expecting perfection from our elected representatives. Worse, our politicians know that any flaw of theirs is an opening for the Legacy/mainstream media to use as cudgel to go after them. It’s so strange that we are supposed to be a government “of, by and for” the people and yet we want to immediately crucify anyone who acts like a normal person with normal flaws and inadequacies. I spend a good bit of time laying the groundwork for my opening subject, which is the sudden policy shift of Speaker Mike Johnson. He says his views changed after a confidential briefing in the House SCIF. While that may be the case, I sense something much darker and more insidious at work. What if the already out-of-control Intelligence Community showed Speaker Johnson they had the ability to gather anything the wanted on him to leak to the press and set him up for public humiliation and ridicule? What if it was about information they gathered on his son? Is it too far to believe the current weaponized agencies in the Executive Branch would use blackmail as a technique to control our elected representatives? The next story, which has been buried, and I think intentionally, was another 9-0 unanimous ruling from the Supreme Court of the United States. The US Supreme Court's ruling that a St. Louis police sergeant can sue over a job transfer she claims was discriminatory, lays the foundation for legal action against employers who push discrimination against white people in job hiring, work assignment and promotion. In other words, is this the pebble that starts the avalanche that ends the practice of DEI in this country? We have yet another under-reported story from Niger regarding a military base we are being told to abandon by a group of armed insurgents we actually trained. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, just a year ago, said Niger was going to be an example to all of the surrounding countries of the democratic policies that can be established with help from the United States. Now, just a year later, we are once again being told to retreat and abandon our air base. This seems awfully familiar. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) questioned two of the highest ranking members over this operation and neither seemed to know or wanted to admit they knew the failure it had become. While Donald Trump has a gag on him, star witness for Alvin Bragg, Michael Cohen, who is a habitual liar and criminal, did his own jury tampering online. He posted a video with a veiled threat to jurors on the trial. Biden’s weaponized DOJ is suing the Sheetz chain of service stations for discriminatory hiring practices. What did they do to fall under this lawsuit? They apparently refuse to hire anyone who has been previously arrested and served time in jail for breaking the law. Yes, you heard that correctly. The Biden regime is going after a company because they did background checks and chose to not take the risk on employing former convicts. Finally, Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) was on CNN’s State of the Union with Dana Bash talking about the Trump case in NYC. Bash tried to insert her own political commentary into the conversation and Noem, with grace and ease, eviscerated Bash for even trying to bring in her political nonsense. On today’s show, we open as we usually do, with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News Stories the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you this week. It’s a great way to pickup on several news items all at once before diving into the rest of the content. The breaking story today, continuing to affirm my belief that our government is wholly operating as a Marxist Authoritarian regime, is the release of the changes Biden wants to make to Title IX. For those those may not know, Title IX was enacted to make sure women had equal access to sports and sporting activities on college campuses. Today, in an effort to force Transgenerism and Wokism down our throats, they have changed the language to erase women and favor those with significant mental health issues. Yesterday, Israel decided it was time return the favor and dropped several ordinance packages on Iran. What’s sad is how the timeline played out in the hours beforehand. Did you know that our government, the pro-Hamas/ceasefire now folks, begged Israel not to do it. In fact, they said if Israel didn’t attack Iran, they would look the other way and let them take care of Hamas in Rafah. In other words, this Administration was more worried about protecting Iran over Palestinians. What does that tell you about the non-elected people behind the scene and their motivations? Next we look at some of the jurors and the juror selection for the Donald Trump case in NYC. After listening, do you really see any jurors open to fairness? Even one, who was initially added to the panel, decided, after sleeping on it, that she really couldn’t be unbiased. On top of that, I remind you of all the facts that led up to this case and how bad it really is. The fact that it’s even happening feels like we are already in some dystopian world where the rule of law has long since been forgotten. Finally, and perhaps a bit of light-blue levity, we get another segment of Tossin’ with Toobin. Disgraced former CNN voice dared to say it was a disgrace for Justice Clarence Thomas to be listening to the case about the one charge DOJ is putting on J6 defendants to intentionally increase their jail time. Leave it to Megyn Kelly to remind Toobin who waived his right to weigh-in on acts of disgrace after his Zoom call incident with other female reporters watching. On today’s show, I have come to the painful conclusion that we are no longer a Constitutional Republic. This is not hyperbole. And this is not to say we cannot get back. But, the reality is, as of now, we are no longer have a government of, by and for the people. They believe they are in the ruling class and therefore they have dominion over the people. I come to this after the Senate decided to flagrantly ignore the Constitution and dismiss the article of impeachment that the House of Representatives brought on DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) spent time questioning Mayorkas on one specific case and made the walking male member with eyebrows squirm. Not that it matters. He already had his get out of jail car from Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). The point behind playing this interchange is to show you what the House wanted the American public to know, but because the impeachment was summarily canceled, we aren’t going to. At least, that’s why the Democrats chose to put a nail into the US Constitution. Even Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), who just a few days earlier, lost a senior advisor at the hands of an illegal alien, stuck with her party and chose to not hear the impeachment. She voted to keep the American people in the dark. Turning to Katherine Mayer, the new CEO of NPR, I think there is more to understand here. She is not an aberration. She is not the exception. She is emblematic of where most of the leadership is taking the country. They are not interested in truth, as she said, but in their version of the truth. On a more positive note, four whistleblowers were testifying yesterday. They were from the National Guard and they are all coming forward to correct the lies of the J6 Committee and the narratives spun by the Left and Legacy/mainstream media. I play one sample of that from Captain Timothy Nick. I doubt you will about any from the propaganda wing of the Democrat Party. Finally, Joe Biden wants us to know that he made clear to the Israelis that they should not move on Haifa. I’d like to think they already knew not to march on one of their own cities. On today’s show, we approach the news of the day through the prism of today’s post modernism. I chose to go this route because of the first story today and that is the resignation of Uri Berliner from NPR in the face of the attacks her received from NPR’s new CEO Katherine Maher. To show Berliner’s comments were right on the nose about NPR and the vast majority of the Legacy/mainstream media, we only have to look a handful of comments Maher made over the last year or so. In an interview with the Atlantic Council, Maher says, as the CEO of Wikipedia, she “took a very active approach to disinformation” and coordinated her censorship efforts “through conversations with the government.” She literally says they had no idea about COVID19, yet somehow knew the only answers worth relaying had to come from Big Government. In that same interview, she said her “number one challenge” in her fight against ‘disinformation’ is “the First Amendment in the United States.” She literally stated the Bill of Rights and freedom of speech were “a little bit tricky” when trying to censor information she believed to be incorrect or bad. During a separate TED talk, Maher revels her post modernism philosophy – truth is subjective and the pursuit of truth can get in the way of getting things done. This is astonishing, but explains why the Legacy/mainstream media has long since abandoned journalistic integrity in favor of looking for a narrative that provides the actions they want people to take. They want to shape narratives in an effort to shape behavior.  Next we move to a break news story from Real Clear Investigation’s Paul Sperry. In short, “the whistleblower who sparked Trump’s first impeachment was deeply involved in the political maneuverings behind Biden-family business schemes in Ukraine that Trump wanted probed, newly obtained emails from former Vice President Biden’s office reveal." I meant to comment on something yesterday, but delayed until today’s show. Yes, the FBI has formally announced they are opening an investigation into the ship that hit the Francis Scott Key bridge. This does not mean it was a terrorist attack. This issue involves interstate commerce and would naturally fall to the FBI to investigate the determine what happened. Could it be a deliberate act? I already said on the day it happened, that I’m not ruling it out completely. I just don’t see any facts that align with such a conclusion. As to other inconvenient facts, Leftists, since tax day, have been regurgitating the debunked lie that the Trump tax cuts only helped the top 1% of wage earners. It is a blatant lie and they know it is, but they present their argument in a way to fool most people. I remind everyone that even the New York Times in 2019 had to admit nearly everyone who paid income taxes benefited from the Trump Tax Cuts. Today’s show opens with House Leadership motioning to table Rep. Anna Paulina Luna’s (R-FL) motion for a re-vote. In essence, this killed the attempt to ask for a vote to add the 4th Amendment reminder to the FISA re-authorization bill. So much for the Bill of Rights. Of course, Congress carved out their exception for themselves. This leads to AG Alvin Bragg who has invented a new law and found a judge who is okay using that make-believe law in an effort to go after Donald Trump. It’s great to have laws, but when those in power refuse to enforce the laws, what is our recourse? And worse, what is the recourse for those who invent law and find judges okay using those pretend laws to go after people they don’t like? For fun, we go through the elements of the “hush money” timeline and play along with Bragg’s invented lawfare. Even if the alleged affair and alleged payoff is true, the time of the payoff could not have had any impact on the election. That’s why the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and the DOJ both agreed there was no crime here. To lighten the mood a bit, we play a little ditty by Jim Gossett who recognizes this whole thing is a “Show Trial.” An NGO in Mexico is putting up fliers encouraging illegals to vote for Biden. The group has ties to organizations like Soros’s Open Borders Foundation and the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), where it just so happens DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was a former board member. Will Biden really still be the nominee by the time of the DNC convention in Chicago? Let’s remind you how key Democrat strategists have been ramping up the pressure and suggesting Biden should step down. While the Legacy/mainstream media isn’t talking about it, the primaries are still taking place. Would it surprise you to know that around 10% of Democrats are voting “undecided” or are picking someone other than Biden. DNC representatives may be okay lying on network television, but behind closed doors they are panicking. Looks like NPR has decided to punish Uri Berliner for speaking the truth. After his op-ed exposed the liberal groupthink that has taken over NPR, the CEO, Katherine Maher, has decided to suspend him. This is remarkably similar to the way CISA advised Twitter on how to judge if a post is spreading misinformation. If the comment, even if truthful, runs afoul of the approved government narrative, it can be considered misinformation nonetheless. Joe Scarborough had an adult-sized temper tantrum on MSNBC’s, “The Morning Joe.” The derangement and lunacy was on full display with a rant by an empty head who doesn't get a single fact correct in his opening and by the end, is openly mocking and deriding the vast majority of Americans. When elites can't get their way, they show us the toddlers they really are. In closing, we illustrate the same issue we saw with Joe Scarborough, only this time, with singer John Mellencamp. After pausing his show for minutes to lecture the crowd about voting for Biden, someone suggested he play some music. The crowd didn’t want to attend a lecture. It’s tax day here in the United States. So, I take a moment to rant about our current income tax structure, the IRS and how lawmakers use the tax code to control people. On that note, Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) reveals the IRS is already using AI to scan bank accounts of US citizens. They are already ignoring the 4th Amendment. Speaking of the right we are supposed to have against illegal searches and seizures and that any legal search must require a specific warrant, FISA reauthorization was being voted on this past Friday. Apparently, half of the House of Representatives didn’t want to include an amendment reminding users of FISA of the rights Americans are supposed to have per our Constitution. Isn’t it mind-boggling that half the House is opposed to making sure the provisions of the 4th Amendment are followed as it relates to US citizens? Iran attacked Israel over the weekend with over 300 elements including drones, ballistic missiles and cruise missile. According to a story from the Jerusalem Post, according to Reuters, it looks like Turkish diplomats were told by Iranian officials of the attack. The anonymous source said that Turkish diplomats told the White House about the attack and they said the policy of the US was to keep the attack “within certain limits.” If true, is there anything else you would need to hear to know Joe Biden has no business being our Commander-in-Chief? They were okay with an enemy attacking an ally! Now the talking points from our country and the West is for Israel to “take the win”, “take a breath” and to think of it as Iran already being dealt a “double defeat.” They literally want Israel to sit back and just take it. If they really wanted to do something, they would be putting a bigger spotlight on Jordan and Saudi Arabia for their help in shooting down missiles and drones. It seems there are some Arab nations who don’t think the Middle East is best served by letting the theocracy of Iran having any power there. By the way, the son of a former Hamas Leader is once again trying to educate the West that all the money we send to them is not going to the people. For every child killed in Gaza is more money in their pockets. In short, the leaders do not care about their own people. It’s how they have become billionaires themselves. As time winds down I am aware of Donald Trump being in yet another New York City courtroom at the hands DA Alvin Bragg. The whole notion Bragg has discovered some area of law to go after Trump is preposterous. In closing, I bring you a headline from over the weekend in the New York Times. After my Friday thank-you’s and shout-outs, we dive into the first topic of the day. We love turning our attention to Tara Bull and her Top 10 list of subjects the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you about in the past week. So many of you have reached out to tell me how much you enjoy that, so make sure you follow her today. Victor Davis Hanson recently penned a piece called, “Is the Great Illusion in Ruins?” It goes along with what we’ve been documenting through the Biden regime. All of the levers of our current society and our country have been overwhelmed to the point of both collapse and total failure. Shouldn’t that be the indication the elite have no real idea how the country works or how freedom and liberty are best fostered? All the endeavors the radical progressive Left have been wanting to push have been implemented. I would argue this is as close as they have come to installing their fundamentally transformed government. Yet, look how ruinous it has been over the last three and a half years. Any objective observer can see the policies that seemed so perfect in their world of make-believe, crumble when tried in the real world. We then move to the troubles that continue to mount for the Big Fani Willis RICO case in Georgia. Harrison Floyd is only one thorn in her side, given he says she illegally recorded a phone call with his attorney. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) is pushing hard for responses to his oversight committee. Plus, the DOJ is now having to look into how federal grant money was spent by her office versus what was on the application. This goes back to the whistleblower who brought those issues up to Willis. Rather than address the problems, Willis fired the employee. The Legacy/mainstream media, in desperation to help Biden and take the attention off of every failure is doing all they can to revamp the 2020 summer of love. A headline from Chicago reads, “Police fire 96 shots in 41 seconds, killing Black man during traffic stop.” They want BLM/Antifa riots to break out all over again. The problem with that story is the one fact they intentionally leave out. The black man who has been in and out of jail for years, was the one who opened fire first. He unloaded his entire magazine, 11 shots, before the police had no choice but to return fire and eliminate the threat to themselves and innocent civilians. We have a little more from the woman who hugged Donald Trump on his campaign stop at a Chick-fil-A in Atlanta, GA. Michaelah Montgomery was asked to expand on why she told Trump to not listen to the media and to know that they all supported him? She explained how she sees how the media tries to distort and manipulate their audience. She wanted her students to observer first-hand. So they same propagandist media tried to create a divide, saying she and the students were simply paid to say nice things because Trump bought everyone chicken sandwiches and milk shakes. The soft bigotry of low expectation is the most sinister bigotry of all.  Another example of a classic liberal coming to her senses comes from the opinion editor for Newsweek, Batya Ungar-Sargon. She literally said, “If you told me 10 years ago that it would be the Right protecting women's sports and the Left selling women out, I would not have believed you! Just 17% of Americans believe trans athletes should be allowed to compete against women and girls -- why are the Democrats defending this?” BBC host of Talk TV, Julia Hartley-Brewer, illustrated how to deal with those suffering from pronoun issues and other mental health problems. You simply don’t allow yourself to be controlled by the person who is not mentally well. Finally, I close with my thoughts on internet trolls. To me, trolls are the lowest form of internet life. They have no real meaning or purpose in the real world. Thus, they fashion an existence online where they convince themselves they are powerful, speaking glorious wisdom, when, in fact, they are just tales told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. On today’s show, I first open with the inflation rates of the four years of Donald Trump as compared with Joe Biden. It’s not even close. Prices have skyrocketed under Biden, with no sign of getting better anytime soon. We then move to a question Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX) of Texas poses to the walking male member with eyebrows, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. It’s really simple question, given both Biden and Mayorkas keep saying they cannot fix the border without Congress. Cloud asks if he or Biden had any of their authority removed by Congress? Mayorkas refuses to answer, knowing he’s caught. They have all the same authority Trump had and even have a budget that is 20% larger. It’s obvious the goal isn’t to control the border, but to allow the invasion. We have another area of our government that seems to be almost a shadow government with it’s own hidden budget and agenda. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) just shared new documents revealing 15 different government agencies knew the Wuhan Lab was developing COVID19 back in 2018 and not one person came forward. Dr. Fauci and everyone associated with this knew they are pursuing backdoor channels to do what was forbidden under US law. It’s the same story over and over again with Federal overreach. If the law or the Constitution constrains them, they try to get around it and hide what they are doing. Turning to the Ashley Biden diary story, I guess we now know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was really hers since the DOJ just tried and sentenced a Florida woman who found it and turned it over to the press. So, beyond all of the other issues around Joe Biden, let’s just add pedophilia. Kamala Harris then beclowns herself on a show discussing “banning” books. This whole topic is being spun by the Left, but, as always, the Left accuses the other side of what they themselves are guilty of doing. Rashida Tlaib had a childish temper tantrum when asked about her thoughts about her constituents in Dearborn, Michigan chanting, “Death to America.” It’s amazing how we have such emotionally unhinged, American-hating members of Congress. Speaking of Congress, it’s easy to see why so many of them refuse to do the right things as it relates to our Republic. A big part of it is how easily they can enrich themselves. Let’s pick on a Republican for this. Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) can serve as a perfect example. When they can use insider knowledge for stock trades, hire family and go on lectures, they can amass a large amount of wealthy in a very short time. How can we expect them to do what’s right with so much money being thrown at them? Maybe some are waking up. On MSNBC’s “The Morning Joe,” a group of former Biden supporters are now calling themselves undecided. Every one of them blames the fiscals policies that Biden has pushed and now ignores the damage he’s done to them. A Chinese immigrant destroys activist David Hogg and his whole anti-gun/anti-2nd Amendment stance with one simple question – can you guarantee the US government will never become tyrannical? He said he cannot, to which she replied, then the debate on gun control is over. Finally, we get two back-to-back soundbites to illustrate the vast difference between Biden and Trump. First, Biden, in a highly scripted and formal affair, struggles to remember who he needs to call on his note card for a question. He has their question written out and then his answer. He cannot even be trusted to speak on his own even with the friendly Legacy/mainstream media. On the flip side, Donald Trump stopped at a random Chick-fil-A in Georgia and got the mixed crowd, including many black Americans, to cheer for him and to tell him they support him and to NOT listen to what the media is saying. Hey, everyone, I’m back! Today’s show circles around one fundamental concept – does the Democrat party still represent the fundamentals of democracy. I know we are not a true “democracy,” but at it’s core, a democracy does believe everyone in society has a voice or a vote. Do you think the current Democrat party believes that? Then we dive into today’s announced CPI and 3.5% inflation rate. To get a full idea just how bad this is, look at what the average income would be to afford the average priced home just four years ago. Unless you are now making more than $100K a year versus $60,000, you cannot afford what you could just four years ago.  Now we dive into whether or not Democrats are really into democracy. To illustrate, we use CBS getting a letter telling them that Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) wants Nicole Shanahan to drop out as VP running mate to RHK, Jr. Her reply clearly shows how disappointed she is and stated this isn’t how you demonstrate your talking-point of wanting to support “democracy.” On that same topic, we move to Uri Berliner, Peabody Award-winning senior business editor and reporter at NPR. He recently admitted the Legacy/mainstream media wanted to hurt the Trump presidency and was willing to go along with shoddy information and rumor in that effort. He says they should have been better than that. But it’s not just the Legacy/mainstream media siding with the Leftists bent on a Marxist/Authoritarian regime. A CIA agent was caught by an undercover reporter saying how they routinely “nudge” conservatives in an effort to arrest them or discredit them. This is a time to remember how former CBS journalist Sharyl Attkisson testified that the FBI tried to plant child porn on her husband’s computer. This leads to a topic my wife and I discussed while on the road back from the eclipse. If you could invent your own form of government, what would it be? We both agreed we want to return to our original Constitutional Republic, but we would add three additional amendments to the Bill of Rights – Term Limits, Only Single Subject Bills and No Congressional Carve-Outs for Laws Passed. That last one refers to another attempt by Congress to not subject themselves to warrantless searches by the FBI. This relates to the push to renew the FISA 702 provision. Jake Sullivan says if Israel doesn’t agree to a sustained ceasefire, then the US may have to adjust our policy with Israel. This shows just how far the Biden Administration is willing to sink for votes. Joe Biden just repeated the same lie about teaching 2nd Amendment and we can’t own cannons. He also just lied about being first in his family to go to college. He’s supposedly as sharp as a tack and always on-the-ball, but the DOJ continues to refuse to release the audio of Biden being interviewed by Special Counsel Robert Hur. Why not release it and show us how brilliant he is? Why do they insist on telling us without evidence? Of course we have seen it ourselves. As just an example, we dive into a montage of Biden telling us how he was raised in the Puerto Rican, Greek, Irish, Catholic, Jewish, Italian, Polish, Palestinian, Persian, and Black communities of Delaware. As we start to wind down, the UK just found Pfizer broke their code of conduct for the pharmaceutical industry. This is on top of losing a court case in 2022 over lying to parents about the safety and efficacy of the COVID shot for children. Finally, on another positive, the NAIA, one step below the NCAA, has banned male athletes from women’s sport competitions. It is about time to start welcoming sanity to this entire self-delusion perpetrated by sub-par male athletes who want to dominate in female competition. Today’s show opens with an interesting dilemma for Joe Biden...did he or did he not know what he was signing when he issued his proclamation for a Transgender Day of Visibility that also fell on Easter Sunday? If he did know, why was his first reaction to deny it? Did he forget? Or is someone signing proclamations on his behalf? And, if so, what else is being enacted without his knowledge? According to RFK, Jr., it is Joe Biden by a long shot. So, to add to this discussion, I lean on the work of both Sam Janney, AKA PolitiBunny and Tom Elliott for a list of 16 things that prove Joe Biden is a massive threat to “democracy.” Next we move to an ongoing trial in Fulton County, GA looking into irregularities with how mail-in ballots in the 2020 election were received and tabulated. A member of the Fulton County Board of Elections testified to significant issues with chain-of-custody, surveillance of drop boxes and signature verification. Another exchange between a lawyer seeking access to information versus the county trying to block it, we find a piece of equipment meant to scan and validate signature was never used. Onto the Left’s favorite topic of fear porn, man-made climate change. Two different people on two different panels spoke with utter clarity and reason on the subject. First, journalist Peter Hitchens from the UK obliterated the concept of striving for “net zero.” Then, in the states, journalist Alex Newman reveals how the entire narrative is based on thinking of CO2 as pollution. Well, if plants need CO2 to survive, how can it be pollution? This leads me to another segment of government that is only focused on controlling people and maintaining their power and that’s Public Health. In a moment of clarity that left me awestruck, Dr. Francis Collins, Dr. Fauci’s boss at NIH, admitted they should have never been in charge of calling the shows. He admits the botched the response to COVID-19. Just as California’s new $20/hr. minimum wage law went into effect today, mass layoff begin at fast food chains. The sad part, most of the employees are blaming the store owners who cannot afford the mandatory payroll increase, rather than their out of control tax-and-spend government who created the disaster. Finally, the Ragin’ Cajun himself, James Carville is worried about the impact of the Biden regime’s policies on young, male Democrats of color. I got to start off the month of April by filling-in on the nationally syndicated Erick Erickson Show and once again had a blast. I always remove the news and the commercial breaks for you, but I know that can also make the show feel like it jumps around a bit. Today’s show opens with our typical Friday format, a look through Tara Bull’s Top 10 News items the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t cover for you this week. Or, if they did, they likely glossed over it. Next we dive into a topic I have been warning my audience about for well over 20 years. The normalization of pedophilia has been a slow boil, but the Left has decided to ramp it up even more in the last few years. We have to stop this depravity from being accepted as healthy and natural. It’s incredible to me that the Democrat leadership will fight tooth and nail for the rights of the pedophile, while completely ignoring the life of the innocent child. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the walking male member with eyebrows, was in Guatemala City, Guatemala, apologizing for what the state of Texas has been doing lately to protect the border. It’s unfathomable to me that he is telling people in a foreign country that he is doing all he can to fight Texas so the border can be reopened. Breaking yesterday from a story in Forbes and discussed on Fox Business, it seems the DOJ has been asking Google to provide information on people who viewed certain videos on YouTube. This is unconstitutional and it’s terrifying and it seems to be happening every day. And they are definitely getting information because now it seems the FBI has gotten into the habit of going door-to-door to police what people are posting on social media. A woman from Oklahoma City filmed three agents who wanted to discuss her Facebook posts. When asked they say this is something they do every single day. Isn’t it nice to know the government’s best crime investigative unit is more interested in policing social media posts rather than going after actual criminals. And they know they are not supposed to be doing what they are doing, but they are doing it anyway. How do we know that? Because of a new bit of information Elon Musk just dropped on the Texas Lindsay Show. Remember that portal that was discussed in the Twitter Files that allowed the government to have direct access to the back-end engineers so they could send requests for content removal and account banning? It seems that portal also erased any of those communications after a two-week timer. This is against the law per FOIA. Onto just how bad the economy is. Peter St. Onge, Ph.D has been looking at the numbers and the debt of our nation is staggering. It’s so bad that he said the only thing keeping us afloat is the myth that the United States can eventually pay back it’s debts. But, if those debts start being called in, we could see a crash far worse than what happened in 2008. In a Fox News poll, when asked to name Biden’s top accomplishments, the highest answer at 38% was “Nothing.” Ironically, had Biden done nothing, we’d be better off. Instead, we know he reversed all of the policies that were America First, replacing them with America Last. Finally, we end on a funny meme about how a headline might read if it were around in the time of Jesus. It’s important to keep the story of Holy Week in mind. Today is Good Friday and a reminder that people in fear of losing their power decided to put a man to death in a brutal an inhumane way. While we all go through trying times, we need to remember the whole of the story. As dark as it was, he rose from the dead and shone a light upon the world. With the AG Alvin Bragg “hush money” case close at hand, it is nice to have a whistleblower who has stated it was lawyer Michael Cohen who was having the affair with Stormy Daniels and not Donald Trump. In fact, looking at the evidence from prior trials, it seems more likely that Cohen and Daniels conspired to blackmail Trump in his 2016 election bid. A new round of emails gathered from a Freedom of Information Act request reveals that the Department of Justice and the FBI uncovered alarming 2020 election ballot fraud in Detroit, Michigan, but covered it up. Longtime listeners to my show already know the details we have uncovered, beginning with the Clerk of city of Muskegon, Michigan. The subsequent emails and information continue to support all of the revelations we brought to you in the fall of 2023. I’ve told you the Left want the invasion because they need a permanent underclass. They want to grow the population numbers to gain more seats of power in the House, while pushing for amnesty. The latest salvo on this front has the NYC council asking their state Supreme Court to allow non-citizens to vote in local elections. We lost yet another young woman at the hands of a violent criminal illegal alien. Ruby Garcia was only 25 when she was murdered and dumped on the side of a highway. This happened in the state of Michigan. But, the governor of the state has yet to say her name or acknowledge the crime. Instead, Gov. Whitmer is busy pushing their latest state-wide initiate – offering $500/month to house a “newcomer.” Yep, that’s their new branding for illegal alien. They want Michiganders to bring illegals into their home and will pay them to do so. I hope the people in Michigan have been paying attention to the fact squatters have more rights than home-owners. What is going to happen when these “newcomers” to your home change the locks and kick you out? Whose side to you think Whitmer and Co. will take? Onto Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen. You may not have heard this covered on the local news and there is a good reason. It’s bad. Yellen says Social Security and Medicare are now underfunded by $175 trillion dollars. That comes to roughly $1.4 million per American household. If something isn’t done, Social Security will be defunct in 10 years. Maybe the next administration can tackle this issue by culling the size of the Federal workforce. At the same time, we need to education Americans about how the income tax system is designed so the Left can stop playing class envy in an effort to tax us all more anyway. They have a new “wealth tax” they want to employ and they are selling it by lying to you about how millionaires and billionaires pay taxes. A big thank you to Carol Roth for helping with the details. Finally, a CNBC All-America Economic Survey asked Americans for their top 10 most important issues. Then, they asked which candidate they felt would be best able to deal with those issue. Today’s show opens with a little more discussion over the bridge collapse in Baltimore, MD. I want to caution everyone to be careful in a rush to a conclusion that ends up helping the Administration by distracting us from other issues. One of those is whether or not the claims made by Russia’s FSB that the US, UK and Ukraine colluded to aid the ISIS-K terror attack on the Russian concert hall. I am in no way saying this is a fact. What I am saying is it’s hard to immediately dismiss it knowing what the Biden regime has done over the last four years. Next we get into the firing of Ronna McDaniel from NBC, just two days after being hired. The firing was a result of the petulant tantrums thrown by their existing television talk-show personalities. It’s so funny to watch people who pretend they are all for DEI, show us they really don’t want anything close to a diverse or inclusive environment. It also gives us two very important insights into the Legacy/mainstream media. If management at NBC/MSNBC truly believed Trump supporters, of which Ronna said she was one, are all insurrectionists, why would they have offered her a job in the first place. Obviously, management knows their shows peddle in lies and propaganda and they are okay with it. Second, buy caving to the petulant children already in place, it tells us they really are not interested in the “whole” story or hearing the “other” side. They have officially confirmed they have a set narrative they want to spin and McDaniel would have been a wrench in their otherwise well-oiled propaganda machine. So, to enjoy the meltdown, we get the hat-trick this week. I have yet another Jim Gossett tune I bring that illustrates the whole mess. At the end of the song, Gossett alludes that McDaniel needs to sue them. Well, I have it on good authority that she will. I also hope she is advised to sue them for tortious interference with a business contract. That way, every single voice that opposed her will have to be deposed as part of the suit. That would be worth paying to see. Next I tell you why healthcare is not and never should be thought of as a right. The Left often lies to their followers by convincing them that want, needs and desires are the same thing as a right. They are not even in the same universe. I even use a personal anecdote to illustrate how government interference has only worsened healthcare while also making it unaffordable. As we start to wind down, it looks like the judge in the Big Fani Willis RICO case is going to allow yet another side hearing to determine if she even has jurisdiction over the case she wants to bring forward. This is separate from the case that will start tomorrow over the Constitutionality of her charges related to the First Amendment. A Texas solar farm is all but destroyed by a hail storm. This “green” tech is not even close to being ready for prime time, yet the Left refuses to deal with that reality. Finally, it looks like Canada might be well on the way to getting away from the little Communist wannabe. Pierre Poilievre has a 25% lead over Trudeau in polling and the Conservative faction is projected to take 182 seats as compared to the Liberal Party’s 39. Today’s show opens with the complete collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in the Baltimore, Maryland area as a result of a freighter hitting a main support pillar. I know it’s hard to fight first instincts, but while so many want to leap to the “terrorism” explanation, I had to do my best to approach it more cautiously. I truly believe the ship, which has a history of both other collisions and power system failures, likely had some mechanical malfunction and that, combined with human error, led to the catastrophe. This leads to my next topic, the announcement over the weekend by Merrick Garland of the brand new National Extreme Risk Protection Order Resource Center. This could not be a more flagrant violation of not just the Second Amendment, but just about all of the other amendments contained in the Bill of Rights. This regime is bent on removing all of our rights and putting themselves in complete control over all aspects of our lives. Which leads me to the 60 Minutes piece on their views of appropriate censorship. Their “expert” on the subject is a woman called Kate Starbird. While this wizard of smart bills herself as a misinformation expert, I find it telling that 60 Minutes failed to give us some key information about her. They left out the fact that she has been paid $2.25 million by the Biden regime to help them find and root out “problematic” information. She has consulted with the Biden administration, specifically CISA withing the Department of Homeland Security. Maybe we were not told that information because they knew it would hurt her credibility, given that she is a bought and paid for asset of the Biden team. Onto the next tribulation for the Big Fani RICO case in Fulton County, Georgia. It seems the judge in the case has ordered a new hearing on Thursday, this time to look at the Constitutionality of the merits of the case. Trump’s lawyers are arguing that he is being persecuted for his speech, which should be protected under the First Amendment. In honor of yet another problem for Willis, I turn again to my friend, Jim Gossett, who brings us the Fani Willis Blues. To close the show, I bring you two media soundbites. The first is from a local news program in Pennsylvania. With gas prices on the rise, they went to the gas station for a man-on-the-street style interview. Seems everyone believes Trump is the better man for getting control over high gas and food prices. Finally, in a report on MSNBC, they are reporting that Trump is far outpacing Biden in the number of small donations to their campaigns. This is a reversal of the trend that took place in 2020. When the Leftists in the Legacy/mainstream media see that as a problem and are willing to report on it, you know its likely even worse for Biden than they are saying. Today’s show opens with my utter disappointment and shock of the Biden administration choosing to no longer side with our ally, Israel. The choice to abstain in a vote calling for a ceasefire is ludicrous and likely will damage the relationship between our two countries for years to follow. In a SCOTUS case heard in 2019, Ruth Bader Ginsberg wrote the decision that states are subject to the 8th Amendment. In other words, they cannot impose unreasonable fines. This unanimous decision is as if Ginsberg herself were arguing on behalf of Donald Trump. Maybe someone got that information to the NY Appeals Court because just today, they reduced the Judge Engoron fine from $454 million dollars down to $175 million. In honor of this and the whole Letitia James debacle coming apart, I turn to my good buddy Jim Gossett for a song. We love hearing the voice of President Trump take on a satirical view of what’s happening in New York City. We need to watch to see if the precedent James’ created will be followed anywhere else. Kevin O’Leary already warned about this happening in NYC. But, what about other places where we start to find real-estate holders overvaluing their properties? Victor Davis Hanson writes a piece called, “From Russian collusion to “bloodbath” – a decade of toxic hysteria. It’s interesting to see if the Legacy/mainstream media and the Left have overplayed their propaganda and lawfare against the former president. Will it have an impact on the independents and those just left of center? California fast-food companies are laying off employees ahead of the new $20/hour state imposed minimum wage. Who didn’t see that coming? This allows me to discuss the concept that a person is only worth (in terms of employment) whatever someone is willing to pay for that person. We have to remember we have a dynamic economy, not a static one. If it were static, we could immediately mandate $1000/hour salaries and we’d all be rich beyond our wildest dreams. With only hoaxes and lawfare in their arsenal, Democrats have no choice but to keep recycling the debunked lies they’ve previously told and hope it works a second time around. Joe Biden just did a video with former president Barack Obama and former Speaker Nancy Pelosi where he said Donald Trump told people to inject themselves with bleach. This was debunked right after Left created it, yet Biden is still acting as if it were true. We end on a great news story. Male swimmer, Lia Thomas, who pretends to be a woman, was just told he will not be allowed to compete at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
