Have you ever wondered about your genetic make-up tied to your “humanness”, and why your mental processing can be so different from others and even your own family members?  For my second episode of the series, we continue to explore your essence as we learn about our own “designs” through the technique of Human Design. This interesting approach combines astrology and your unique energy and helps to put things into perspective about your abilities, learn more about you, and how you relate to yourself, others and the world.  I found Human Design to be helpful to unpack certain personality traits I have and provide insight to why sometimes I feel “off” or need time to decompress.
