Living With Intention was created to encompass all facets of well-being. It's important to understand that we are not alone. Connection with others for support is crucial to balance and regulate our mental state. However, we are not only supported by loved ones and friends but also connected to Spirit/Source/God or whomever your higher power is. We can have more support on an energetic level than physical. As we learn to trust and be more open to the energy, we can see signs or receive validation from Spirit. For my last episode of this series, I've invited Jamie Collins, an evidential medium from Kansas City, MO. I’ve known Jamie since 2018 and through my experiences, I’ve witnessed how she is able to connect with Spirit to provide great insight and guidance from past loved ones, offering peace of mind for those left behind.
