#57: Goals with Soul
Learn more about 1:1 Soulful Coaching w/ Analisa Leaming or Soulful Creatives Circle Member  HERE. ✨✨✨✨✨✨ In this solo episode, we dive deep into what it means to set our Goals with our Soul. It’s a skill to be able to cultivate structure from within, versus needing and then resenting external systems. How can we have both freedom to create and grounded connection to the systems in our lives? It’s about finding the sacred in the mundane.  So, how can we use daily habits to harness our big wild dreams instead of it just being a drag? We give ourselves a specific timeline (12 weeks) and pick small achievable changes to make. Not following through on goals we set for ourselves has great ramifications on our self worth, and the number one reason we don’t follow through is picking things that are too big.  What are the micro steps in our day to day that really matter? Analisa digs into the nitty gritty of our small daily habits, talking through the life of a working performer, investigating what small daily goals we can set that will support our biggest, wildest dreams.
