Superunknown Podcast

SuperUnknown is a podcast series about the music you don’t know by the people you do. If you’ve ever been curious about the music your favorite musicians made before (or after!) they became famous, here’s a chance to hear the previously unheard. Hosted by filmmaker, DJ, designer, and award-winning music and portrait photographer Dana Distortion Yavin, each episode will feature Dana sitting down with a notable musician to dive into their secret vault of obscure or unreleased songs. With rare candor, guests will share insights into their creative process, career choices, successes, failures, and all the grit in between.  With the passion and perspective of a true music fanatic, Dana will explore what makes each artist so unique, and so innovative, that they were always destined to emerge from the SuperUnknown. Each episode concludes with the guest either performing live or debuting unreleased tracks on the show
