We are a small group of independently organized supporters building the ground floor of a Draft Campaign for Bernie Sanders in 2024. We want to see a new kind of candidate on offer for the American people in 2024. Someone who can triumph over our partisan divisions and show us that there is a better way forward for this country. Bernie Sanders has been fighting against the grain of American politics his whole career. He is the longest serving Independent in American history, having never been sworn in as a Democrat or Republican. His focus on wealth and income inequality, and real proposals to address climate change have struck a chord with young Americans all across the country who hope for a better future for this country. We hope that this podcast can play a small part in propelling a movement to draft Bernie Sanders for President in 2024. If we all come together as Americans, Republicans and Democrats, and insist on new political leadership in this country in 2024, we can make this happen. We must not insist on our inability to change, but instead we must embrace the American traditions of Democracy, Stubbornness, and Pie-in-the-sky Idealism. Together we can make this happen. All change starts with a single step: in this case, it was the first step at a march in Seattle on August 20, 2023.  On that day, a group of activists marched from Seattle's Capital Hill neighborhood down to Pike Place Market and from there to City Hall to bring attention to their cause: convincing Bernie Sanders to add his name to the 2024 Presidential race.
